The only other way is if Abdelkader is demoted to the 4th line, and I doubt that... I'm not a fan of Abby in the top 6, but if he is (and he will be), I'd prefer him with Zetterberg... If there's one player that can get him going, it's Z. It also adds depth down the lineup. I wouldn't mind seeing something like this... Abdelkader - Zetterberg - Nyquist Mantha - Larkin - Frk Athanasiou - Nielsen - Tatar Wilson - Helm - Glendening Frk and Tatar are interchangeable. That would give us three strong "offensive" lines and a solid checking line. I agree. But what we would like to see, and what will happen, is often quite different...

Centers can play wing. Wings can't play center. It's not rocket science. And no, being forced into a face off doesn't mean you're playing center.

1. No they're trash, he mostly hovered around 3.00 GAA or high 2.8. His save % was barely 90% for a 1st pick he was terrible. Compare that to Hasek to actually played on a bad Buffalo team and won multiple awards. And when the team was actually decent with Tavares, Dipetro was still s***. Averages 3.44 GAA. WTF is that? I can't believe you're defending Dipietro over Howard lol. 2. Don't care if he was injured for a few games here and there, he still played 50-60 games and in the shortened season played 42 out of the 48 games. The only seasons he missed significant time was the last two seasons. You're complaining about him missing a few games over the course of the other seasons? Really? 3. Thank you for proving my point. Excuses are made for other goalies you like but when it comes to Howard he's mediocre because he gets injured. Cool. 4. I'm not a Howard "fan" I just don't like stupidity. Nyquist isn't a center. Larkin is a center, and has proven to be a very good one so far this season. Why would you move him to the wing? Makes no sense...

Don't see Frk in the pressbox that will be Witkowski and Booth, Probably AA-Nielsen-Frk and Helm on the 4th line with Glendening and Wilson at least that's how i'd have it any ways.

Confrontational "in your face" won't work with this group. I don't even think those types of captains exist in the NHL anymore. There might be like one or two like that? And the only one that comes to mind is Ovechkin. But he's not a confrontational one at all, he's just their biggest cheerleader that screams with every goal scored. He brings energy. The "As" in the league tend to be more vocal. Segiun, Lucic, Parise, Corey Perry. We don't have any of those either. Maybe Tatar.

Yea it’s was brutal. I had more fun walking around and getting chirped by all the know nothing fans that Buffalo has to offer. By the end of the game I was drunk running around yelling “Brett Hull is the greatest of all time!” That really pissed them off.

Yes, I can imagine it´s tough to understand, even local people mostly don´t understand. Short story is - these people lived in Europe (they came from India for many reasons, mostly descendants of Dalits https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dalit ) for centuries, mostly practicing their original habits, means - living without permanent home, moving with their trailers, keeping their languages, ignoring education, politics, everything. These vere true european nomads with their unique culture style, language etc. It was quite ilegal, but this was the way they´ve been living for centuries. It was basically legal to kill gipsy like 150 yrs ago in Slovakia or Hungary.. Aprox in 50´s, commies started with social engineering, prohibited nomading and put these people in separated areas like Lunik, but there are hundreds of so called gipsy ghettos around central Europe countries. It was not working. These people don´t understand - by their genetical gear, habits or whatever you will call it - values of work, home, education, nothing. They´re following only elder authorities, unemployment is like 90%, like two thirds or more are relying on government care and money. I think this game makes a legitimate, honest push to get Blashill gone. You respond in games like this to how poorly you played last game, get called out, get reamed, and come back and play like this? Get shut out? There's no motivation to respond to their coach, and they couldn't once again assemble productive lines. We need a coaching change before we begin to rebuild and drive forward.
