Quality prospect to Toronto for Roman Polak Guys, should I bench Cam Talbot against the Bruins tonight? Need some fantasy help. I'm pretty much locked into playoffs but still conflicted. Talbot has sucked, and well, Boston.

That's why I said one more year. Yzerman's contract is up after next season, i believe, and he has yet to sign an extension. Sign Holland for one more year and then go after Yzerman (as far fetched as it might be).

The players we'd like to trade aren't "immovable", Holland just doesn't want to move them. The only player I'd really like to trade that definitely isn't, is Nielsen. He probably wouldn't make their top 6, but he would be in the mix for sure. The Preds are looking for depth on the wings, aka top 9. Most middle 6 wingers are interchangeable anyway. I think Nyquist or Tatar would be a good fit and a great addition for Nashville. In Light The Lamp tonight, Ken once again took Tatar, and said Tats asked him before the game if he was sticking with him and Ken replied, "I sure am. For at least ONE (emphasis) more game"... Maybe Ken knows something... Or maybe I'm reading too much into it...

I was referring to the article that basically talks about them going into the season with 2 starters, but neither one all that spectacular. But you're right their overall history with goalies is horrendous since (ironically) Hextall.

Yeah, a second and a third wouldn’t begin to make up for Mrazek leading the Flyers to the Finals and maybe winning the Cup the same season he was traded. It would look like a disasterous move to every GM in the league and make Holland a laughing stock. Not that he already isn’t to some. Not that they’ll make it that far, but LOL.

Wings take this one 7-3. Tatar scores all 10 goals in the game: 3 in the first, 3 in second for wings. 3 for preds in 3rd after being traded for 1st and set of Carrie Underwood CDs. He also scores an EN for red wings, just for sake of good memory. Crazy game.

That's best case scenario in my opinion. I'd be okay with another 2-3 year contract at a slight discount ($4.5-5M).

I'm not too familiar with "The Draft Analyst", but I'm not going to take too much stock into anyone that has Svechnikov going number one ahead of Dahlin... Also, Tkatchuk dropping to 8th? Not going to happen. Stick to the real draft analysts, Bob McKenzie and Craig Button.
