Just got in due to an imbecile driving a huge rig for the gas fracking out here somehow blowing his transmission while making a right turn into their pipe yard and completely blocking route 29 (a two lane highway here in rural northeast PA) and we sat in traffic for over a half hour before they came up to tell the cars what had happened and the road was completely blocked. Nothing like driving on dirt roads that weren't fully plowed in a Ford C-Max with not the highest ground clearance.... At least rehearsal went well and my wife has decided to sing this season. What is the short recap? I know Abdelkader hit the bingo, bango, bunghole on the PP, and saw the delay of game penalty. Thanks in advance. Are the wheels on the bus? (Or tank). Did they light a mup? (Sorry, couldn't help that one).

Sorry about the misfortune. Let's see, Wings being thoroughly outplayed, Mrazek having a great game. Colorado goal waived off in the first due to a hand pass. Colorado also getting the best of the officiating. Am I missing anything? Oh yeah, Big Rig pretty much opened the game with a fight vs.MacKinnon. Not a great fight, but it got the juices flowing early.

If you ask me, the better solution than a paltry fine is to change the way the penalty is called. Player A hooks Player B. Player B embellishes. As it stands now, both player A and Player B receive penalties, for hooking and embellishment respectively. I say it should be changed to where the embellishment negates Player A's penalty, and the embellishing player's team now goes on the PK. Then again, SJ would spend the entire 60 minute game shorthanded, so that idea probably wouldn't work...

Kind of disagree. The 1st period was pretty horrible, but the Wings looked like the more dangerous team in the 2nd, to me.

Despite the media saying that guns are a huge problem in the US, they are hardly/none at all of the problem; merely the tool used to voice the many problems this country has. (Gang violence) - More and more people are realizing you can exploit the US government for food stamps, etc and make no effort to provide for yourself. Living off tax payers money is now ok forever. People born to horrible/useless parents have no role model in their life so they imitate rap music/violent video games, tv etc thinking that's what real life is all about. (Troubled kid violence) - More and more people are finally realizing that stealing more money out of the school budgets to finance their governors cocaine habit is leading to more and more kids not feeling like their problems are being addressed. Cutting money for supplies, after school programs, paying less and getting less qualified counselors, paying teachers less to the point they don't care as much. It was inevitable that kids will eventually hit the breaking point and lash out. (PTSD) - Many people complain about military personnel not getting enough medical coverage, pay,etc. It was inevitable that there would be violent out breaks. Gun free zones are also stupid; like painting a "there's lots of people here and none can defend themselves" sign. Which is where nearly all shootings occur.
