Getting rid of Gus would be extremely dumb. Goalie depth is a very good thing to have and mrazek can keep working the kinks out of his game in the AHL.

I'm pretty sure Toronto is up against it, cap wise. Unless they're unloading Clarkson, I can't see them going after Richards. I think a team like Edmonton makes sense, or perhaps even Arizona with Vermette likely to leave. Depends on their internal cap. I think they're trying to shed money, at the moment.

OEL is unbelievable if this guy would be playing for a big market team there would be much more hype around him. That guy is going to be a stud soon. Ekblad also impressed me the guy is not even 19 and shoots at 94 mph what the f*** ? People seem to forget the most important thing to an organization is making the playoffs and getting a ton of extra revenue, not necessarily to please the fans by not trading Jarnkrok to miss the playoffs. It isn't all about us fans sometimes, in fact I have no issue with the move then, and still don't. Anderson was our #1 center due to all the injuries, we would have bombed the rest of the season if not for this move. People need to get over it and realize we are spoiled, imagine having the Leafs for a team or Buffalo, would you even watch half the games? We should be thankful Holland is running this team and making such moves instead of falling in the standings (which I'm certain a portion of the fanbase would stop following the Wings).

ok, since no one has mentioned it..... How did this guy break a pane of glass just by hitting it? I referee hockey and I have parents and fans hitting the glass at times. That glass obviously had to be already flawed in some way.

Yup, Quincey is awful defensively, terrible on the PK... Do people even bother watching the games anymore, or just spew random s*** based on the "in" thing to say... Well news flash, Quincey has been one of our most consistent, reliable defenders for a year now...
