Well... Abdelkader did look like a chump. At least drop the gloves and give him a big hug or throw him on the ground rather than look at the ref, shrug your shoulders and look like a giant vageen. That and someone throwing beer at the player? Dick move. That is the definition of classless and it's also a sin to waste a $15 USD beer like that. If you did that in Canada your buddy standing next to you jersey's you, give you a beat down, makes you walk home and drinks any roadie's you left in the car.

Honestly if it's between Pulk and Mantha you go Mantha. Both aren't the best defensively, but at least Mantha brings more than one trick to the show. Mantha can score, has a big body and finds good positions on the ice. To play Pulkinnen over Mantha if you're needing offense is insane. It's like Andersson 2.0. Guy wasn't good enough to play most of the season but now in critical playoff games he's considered an option? Meh.

They have to try to stir up s*** because in spite of making it to the SCF and winning 1 Stanley Cup, barely anyone cares about them. They got a lot of attention when Yzerman joined, but since that novelty wore off they're barely a blip on anyone's radar outside of Stamkos. It's not like they have a national audience, so they need to generate buzz. I say bravo. Whatever you need to do. They're providing me with a lot of amusement. Whatever happens in this series, I'm happy and proud to be a Wings fan, and I'll take that over the Bolts any day. GO WINGS!

Checking in after a long absence. Smith played a great game last night. Energized the crowd with the big hit on Paquette in the opening minutes. Made a few real nice defensive plays. We need him to play like this every game from here on out. Mrazek stood on his head. We've scored 2 goals every game in this series; Mrazek is going to need to continue to play stellar if we're going to take this series. Good on Abdelkader to leave Boyle and Tampa Bay walking away from game 3 with nothing to rally around. At some point he needs to square up with Blunden after what happened in game 2, but this wasn't the right time to do it. Super pumped that this series has taken on such a physical and nasty tone. Stoked for game 4. Wish I could make it!

I'm not even so sure it has to do with our players not willing to one-time the puck, I think it's the inability for any of our players to pass the puck... Every pass seems to be ahead or behind, never in the wheel house. I lost count of how many times Green and Richards were playing catch on that 5on3 last game, where not a single pass was close to the wheel house... Pulkkinen has a cannon but unless he is utilized properly, set up along the left half-boards, and we're able to feed him pucks, it will be a waste...

I am thinking pav is going to dominate tonight. We win tonight because of pav and his line in my opinion.

Mrazek will have to be really good tonight. The team isn't going to play as well in front of him 2 games in a row which they've barely done all season.

Agreed 100%, something about his face makes me want to punch it, or see it punched. Reminds me of a Brad Marchand or Alex Burrows type, one of those spot-picking, non-stop chirping, pain in the @$$ guys that seems to particularly enjoy rubbing it in the faces of the opposing team and their fans. Too bad he wasn't the one Abby got a hold of to pound on at the end of game 2. Now that Blash is matching him up against that line, perhaps we will still get to see it. I'd go so far as to say all would be forgiven if Ericsson were to administer the beatdown.
